I always wanted to play mame but it was tricky to find an app in the past for it but now the time has finally come i love the app and enjoy it its been many years. The only problem is the sound glitches on my iphone and not that appealing hopefully if the sound quality fixes like the ipad pro then ill give it full 5 stars.

Edit: As mentioned in my GenZD review, your game mode is not working. There is no pop up that says ‘game mode on’ like other supported apps. For one thing, I believe it needs to be classified as a ‘game’ versus ‘entertainment’. That seems to control the pop up at least. Is it working and we just don’t see the pop up? Thank you for not giving up on this one. You deserve a model for patience. It took a year, but better late than never. This is a great, feature rich app. What I like about this is the preservation and history aspect that comes with this type of emulation. Reliving the arcade experience from back in the day. Thanks again!

Been too long of a wait, but we finally have the best arcade (MAME) emulator officially on the App Store. Built on the 269 emulation core but the latest 276 set seems to work great. This emulator has the absolute best arcade ROM emulation for iOS devices. The visuals are fantastic, sounds are perfect (for ROMs I’ve tested), game controller support works flawlessly - you can do everything from navigating the front end to launching and playing games with the game controller. And best of all it’s absolutely free with no ads and no IAPs. Perfect and thank you devs for all the hard work.
