After downloading the app, I needed to create an account to use. No problem. I provided my email and needed to get a verification code. Once I received the code, I was able to create my account. Once that was complete I attempted to sign in however I was given an error message that my password was wrong. Having just created it, I know that’s not the case. I tried again. Same issue. I tried again and then it reloaded the screen. I force closed the app and tried 4 more times. Could not get further than the sign in screen.
I love this parent training app! It is easy to use and engaging. The lessons are easy to follow with videos and even games. The reminders and questions allow me to track progress and stay vigilant in working with my kid.
