I have tried myfitnesspal, lifesum and a bunch of other different apps to be more healthy. But it’s usually too inconvenient to keep jumping between them and kind of becomes a chore. I think this app brings it all together pretty well and will actually help me achieve my goals with relatively the least amount of friction.

I am 8 months postpartum, I already was a little over my goal weight prior to pregnancy. I am proud to say in 8 months I am back at my pre pregnancy weight BUT things look different lol. I am excited to use this app to take my health back and get back on track, tone up and be in a healthy BMI range.
