Extremely unprofessional and inconsistent customer service. While letoile does offer a variety of products, if you want to have a refund issued to your bank account, then you are far from getting your money back anytime soon. It has been more than three weeks since I asked for a refund for a product I didn’t want anymore and one that I actually didn’t accept to receive and despite all of that, no refund has been issued. My 19 back and forth emails alongside my numerous phone calls are a testament to the lack of professionalism in their e-commerce department. Would not recommend to use their e-commerce as a means of shopping, not even in the slightest sense

I placed an order with L’Etoile and received an SMS saying it would be delivered between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM on the same day. It’s now well past that time, and I haven’t received anything. I tried calling the delivery service, no response. I even attempted to track the order through Telegram and was met with a confusing message saying I’m “not in the group 'Information about the order and GC’.” What does that even mean? There was no update, no support, and no delivery. This is honestly unacceptable for a brand I expected more from. I hope they improve their service and communication, but for now, I can’t recommend ordering from them.

The variety of products is amazing, and the customer service is just as great. They always respond quickly in the chat. Highly recommend!
