This is the worse App I’ve ever downloaded! I was given a password by Accuhealth 2x and still can’t sign up - so very frustrating!
I’ve requested my account to be set up numerous times. I also spoke to someone twice who said they would speak with their support department. It’s been 2 months and I still can’t get an account. So frustrating!
I have a bad feeling about this app. When I tried to set up an account I was informed that an account already exists. It doesn't! I asked for a password reset and was greeted with a nearly incomprehensible message that led me back to the sign in page, not a password reset. The page misspelled the word "reset." When an app wants to handle my personal information it needs to earn my trust by at least working a little bit.
