Jess & Eric are relationship experts, and their ability to communicate high-level, complex, topics in simple, short, digestible sessions is amazing! Through Relatable I’ve been introduced to new concepts within friendships, dating, and work relationships and have thoroughly enjoyed each session I’ve listened to. The daily reminders are helpful, and gently push you to press play (and learn more) each day. The practice prompts are helpful in giving you a real-life application that you can initiate that day in your real life situations. This is a great way to invest in yourself, and your relationships.

The tools and lessons are delivered by experts with awareness to not overload you and who provide research references grounding their tools and lessons along with clear suggestions on how you can apply the daily tools and lessons in your life. If you’re looking for a boost or alternative to time-intensive relationship books or podcasts, this app is for you! Relatable provides guidance and insight into your relationships in short digestible lessons, making it ideal for someone with a busy lifestyle. You can search topics, listen to sessions, and gain concrete takeaways in less than 10 minutes. The app does a great job of including relationship topics that everyone is familiar with while also containing topics that aren’t always front of mind but one could easily benefit from. The seasoned expertise of the guides shines through as they bring you through different spaces of relationships (or lack there of) with family, friends, and self.
