Parade Pal: Parade Tracker

Having a parade tracker is an essential tool in navigating Mardi Gras (and other parades!). I’ve used all of them. The WDSU one has suffered bad UI choices and sometimes bad data this year. The WWL one is better than the first in usability, but it’s a bit bloated and here I am right before Rex is about to start, and the WWL app *still* hasn’t updated the route (that was changed due to weather). Enter Parade Pal. It’s PERFECT. It has the correct routes. Was the first to update. It has the cleanest UI. It’s FAST. It’s ad-free. It shows restrooms. It has detailed info about the parades. You only need one parade tracker, and this is it!

Really clean interface with no ads. I do think that the “view route” could be displayed as a static map on the krewe’s page instead of a separate page. It would also be nice to have some alerts for schedule changes like Zulu and Rex this year. Overall great app though!

Simply the cleanest layout and easy to use. It's wonderful to be able to quickly go through multiple parades running at the same time without being bombarded with ads.
