If you value your time, stay away from Sub A Car. The app experience and customer service are completely broken. 1. Invasive & Redundant Verification: The KYC process feels like applying for a visa. But even after you complete it and the app says you are approved to rent, selecting a vehicle forces you into another identical KYC process with long waiting times. 2. App Black Hole: Once you submit everything, nothing happens. The app provides no real-time status updates, leaving you completely in the dark for days. 3. Useless Hotline Support: I waited two full days with zero response, so I called their hotline. The agent took my details and promised a representative would call me to arrange the vehicle. Two days later, still no call. I called back three more times, only to receive the exact same scripted response every single time: "someone will call you." Nobody ever did. It is clear their backend operations cannot support their digital app front. A car subscription service shouldn't require this level of chasing just to get basic service. Save yourself the headache and use a service that actually wants your business.
