I can't believe how I fell for this. After you use the Trial they tell you to buy Pro for access to the full features. Then they make you pay for a PRO Subscription just for end up having a USE LIMIT. EVEN IF YOU BUY PRO. You got to Buy MORE “CREDITS” For still use the app EVEN IF YOU PAID FOR PRO. What’s the point to try to force the people to buy a Pro Subscription just for surprise them after that they need to spend and spend more. How y’all trying to beat the competition when you put a Paywall after Paywall, so disappointing. I was totally in position of pay weekly every time but after realized this is a Scam I’m immediately Cancelling. They don’t even tell you this before make you buy the subscription, what a scam strategy of marketing.

I downloaded this app expecting high-quality AI editing, but the results were poor and did not meet expectations. I attempted to cancel my subscription, but I was in a remote location with poor WiFi, which made it difficult to manage in time. When I reached out to Winkit’s customer support on December 31st, they never responded. I also tried requesting a refund through Apple, but they denied it—even though I was unable to use the app as expected. If you subscribe to this app, be aware that the company is unresponsive to refund requests, and Apple may not help if you experience an issue. I do not recommend this app, and I strongly advise against making in-app purchases.

This app is very useful , as i’ve been using it ever since Wink got deleted (I think) . But there is one think that’s been happening recently, which is that the app has been stopping at 80% for the quality fixing and it stays stuck there. I just hope this gets fixed because the app is great and i’ll continue using it once the glitch gets fixed :))
