I’m really enjoying this app! I have a really big dog Ruby she’s a Rhodesian Ridgeback and the sweetest dog. Very attached to me and had some separation anxiety, she’s 2 but she still won’t ask to go out to potty and she is super smart I even tried the dog talking buttons. I haven’t used the app for very long but I’m already seeing some positive improvements. We have a ways to go but my main concerns were the potty issues and her prey drive she will pull my arm off outside to chase after a kitty cat she’s strong and full Of energy. She’s my baby and I love her very much she’s the first dog we have had that’s actually mine she is 100% mamas dog 🐶❤️ and I can see this app helping us learn and grow together so she can live the best life ever!!
I wish I read the other reviews before giving this company any money. I got the app with the book because they make it look like you are saving money bundling everything together. Don’t get the app! As others have said they will renew your subscription (that you didn’t even know you had) to the app without warning you and charge your card $54. I never gave permission for them to save my credit card information. This company is very shady and hides the fact that the app is actually a subscription when you are first purchasing the bundle. In the app there is no way to view or manage your subscription. I emailed customer service asking for a refund and like others experienced, was denied. The explanation they gave is they only refund if the product failed to be delivered due to a technical error on their part. They don’t care about the customer and just want their money. I, of course, canceled my subscription after all this and was told I can still use the app until my subscription is up…I have no idea when that is because there is no information on subscription details anywhere. Just another example of how they are shady and do everything they can to hide that the app is a subscription so you can’t cancel before they renew for $54. The book is a very average training book. No customization like they claim. For example, in the quiz they have you do I said my dog is already potty trained and crate trained yet they still but that information in my book. Pretty sure the only customization is putting your name and dog’s name on the cover. Save your money and avoid this sketchy company.
As a 37-year-old nurse from Michigan juggling a demanding job and the responsibilities of being a divorced parent to three energetic kids, finding time to train my new puppy was looking near to impossible. That was until I stumbled upon Charlie. This app has been a game-changer for my chaotic routine. The user-friendly interface was easy to navigate, which is perfect for someone like me who isn’t very tech-savvy. The lessons are structured in a way that allowed me to squeeze in training sessions during my short breaks or while waiting for my kids at their activities. The video tutorials are clear, concise, and professional, making the training process straightforward and enjoyable both for me and my furry companion. What I appreciate the most is the progress tracking feature which allowed me to monitor my pup’s improvement over time. This was encouraging and kept me motivated to stick with the training amidst my hectic schedule. Also, being able to connect with a community of other dog owners through the app provided a sense of support and shared experiences which I found invaluable. Moreover, the customer support was prompt and courteous whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The app also offered a variety of training programs which catered to different behavioral issues and obedience training, making it a versatile tool for dog owners at
