The game is going great so far. I dig the theme and art style, as well the simplified gameplay. However, there are couple of suggestions i would recommend as of right now.
First, the audio cue is a bit delayed. The sound effects of the attacks are a bit delayed and I would only hear it at the end of the attack. Second is that the auto aiming is a bit wonky. I don’t know if this intentional or not, but if its intentional then I would it be fix in order to be more consistent. Third, the fps is a bit low. It isn’t something that puts me off the most, as the game still runs smooth, but it could be better.
Overall, the game is solid and would be even better with a couple of fixes and improvements down the road

Thank you for addressing the attack joystick issue! The 1st update appears to have completely resolved the issues I was experiencing with it.
There is still a delay in the audio (around 500ms if I had to guess) that is only really noticeable on the 1st and last attack. Thankfully the game doesn’t really rely on audio cues so this isn’t a deal breaker, but can be a little off putting at times.
Beyond this, I’ve been having an absolute blast with the game and highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys roguelites. The narration is a great touch and makes the story compelling, which tends to lack in this genre.

I am enjoying this game very much and you can tell it was well thought out. I see a bunch of complaints about the attack control. I think it adds a certain difficulty that I do enjoy, but maybe make it more responsive to directional shifts.
I am having issues with the game crashing at Anai-Dya’s Dominion, mostly in the second cave section. The game just closes down and looses all progress of the current run, please fix this as it makes me not want to play the game. Upon fixing this issue I would give this game 5 stars as it has a enjoyable story and plays well. Thanks
