Incapable staff and services
I had ordered a week ago and fragrancex who took my tax money + shipping decided to send my stuff through fedex economy. When I called fedex they told me that they decided to make the shipping through a truck. What is that? You should allow the costumer to choose what services even if it was extra to send their stuff. Last time it was dhl which was somehow worse. It’s like fragrancex tries to compete with itself on being the worst service possible. And i’m hoping i don’t receive my stuff damaged. Btw this is a ME shipment and it’s been stuck in Dubai.

I love the app because she was all the friends she could choose from. It shows you all of the reviews. I also like it because it gives you a choice of perfume or cologne. This app could find your perfect gift for your mom, wife or girlfriend. I love it.
