I ordered several, and by that I mean many, items for my son last fall and saved them for Christmas. He was wearing one of the sweatshirts, finally, because it has been so hot in SoCal lately, and I noticed that the back of the sweatshirt was missing the majority of the printing on the back. So I emailed customer service and attached a pic of the defective sweatshirt. They were initially going to charge me to send the item back, but after ongoing discussion, they were finally agreeable to send me a new sweatshirt at no cost and also credited me $25 on a future purchase! I’m glad they did the right thing for something that was out of my control. I just wish it could have been resolved this way with the first email (which would have earned them a 5 star review). I’m so glad that they remedied the situation in an appropriate way to keep us as customers because we love the company and love the gear! I hope that we don’t run into this manufacturing issue in the future, but I will definitely be more diligent to check in the future!

This is my 2nd time ordering from B101 & each time I had some sort of issue. With that said, both times I was able to reach out to their customer service department and each time not only was the issue resolved, I was given either an extra discount and or free shipping. They were diligent in not only helping solve the issue but making sure I felt important and taken care of. For my Christmas order, I was emailing them and asked if I could speak to someone instead and received a phone call within 5 minutes! Brennan was patient, understanding and helped me walk through fixing the credit/shipping/discount issues! I know they’ve become massively huge in a very short amount of time which can cause many issues - but I’m so stoked for them and love all of their merch! I will continue to shop with B101 for my boys thanks to their amazing customer service! Thank you!

While this review isn’t about the app itself, but about the company and their employees. I had an issue with one of my orders where a backpack (a pretty expensive item) was missing. I reached out to the company during what I know is their busiest time, while they’ve also been dealing with the challenges of switching to a new operating system. Despite all of that, they responded to me within two days and immediately shipped out the missing backpack—no questions asked. I did send them a picture of the original shipment so they could see it wasn’t possible for the bag to have been included, but honestly, they never made me feel like I had to “prove” anything. That kind of trust and customer service is rare, especially when we’re talking about a $100 item. I’m in their Facebook group and have seen firsthand how hard their team is working—literally around the clock—to get orders out and resolve any issues. It’s disheartening to see some of the negativity and name-calling directed at them. My experience has been the exact opposite: responsive, fair, and committed to making things right. I truly appreciate the way they handled my situation and I’ll continue to support them. They’re clearly doing everything they can, and it shows.
