It does exactly what I need it to do without any unnecessary bells and whistles. I don’t care about anything but quickly and conveniently tracking my protein intake. I can save presets for things I consume regularly and save presets as an absolute value like my protein shake is 40g or I can set quantitative values like grams per ounce of steak so I can quickly add that whenever I have one. It doesn’t give me ads or track me (as far as it claims) there’s no sign up or anything. Just download it and start tracking with nothing to slow you down. If I had to complain about one thing, I don’t care for the app icon. It looks like a jar of mayonnaise. Some apps have a variety of icons to choose from. That would be nice. Other than that it’s perfect.

This app is free and very user friendly. There’s no hidden subscription to be able to use all features in the app. You can customize protein that you commonly use and keep pre saved, so it’s quick to add. My favorite part is the % widget, it’s on my Home Screen and I love it so much. I only want to track my protein, not count calories, so this app is perfect for me. The only thing I would want to change about the app is to be able to pick different colors.

Free-that’s a plus! Easy-user friendly. Only reason I thought about 4 stars instead of 5-a protein database(lookup) would be nice! But I’m creating my own with each new entry. Not that big a deal to look up the grams on a particular food. I’m using fasting 18 hours daily-eating higher protein in my 6 hour “eating window”. Goal weight is 130 pounds so goal protein is 130 grams daily. This app keeps me accountable. BTW one week progress-never hungry and down 7.4 pounds!
