I had placed an order and didn’t receive any response from the team for quite some time. Eventually, I had to raise a complaint through my bank, and thankfully my refund was processed. I really hope Divine Trendz improves their customer support and communication — I genuinely liked their collection and would love to shop again if the service becomes more reliable.

I have buyed 4 times and it is always better everytime

- 1star, Their product quality is not good, faded within a month and left two white spots. When I raised a concern, I received pathetic service from their customer support, They don't respond to messages or calls, and worst of all, they will delay your issue for 2-3 months with the worst responses and no solution or conclusion, despite being a regular customer of theirs. Upon placing an order, they will call you 10 times a day, but while raising concern they will just disappear.
