I constantly get locked out of my account on the app, after I use FaceID or manually enter my password I get an “Unable to validate your information” popup. It’s infuriating. I can’t even check my account balance. This almost always occurs between 12am ET-9am ET.

I want the 4 number log in back to long to log in you wanted longer passwords now this is ridiculous

Since the launch of this new app about 10 days ago, I have not been able to manage my business bank account. The Jeff Bank online system is also unfortunately down, so I have no idea what my balances are and if payments are going out on time, etc. I am getting the exact same error message that the other user reported ‘cannot log in at this time, check your credentials’. I’ve been checking daily to see if the bug was corrected, but no change thus far. Please for the love of God fix this ASAP!
