Overall mobile app is doing well but within bank transfer menu is not available also transfer funds to PPF account is not available as per my search and knowledge

I’m a long-time Bank of India customer, but the new mobile app is a major letdown. I had to register again since the old app stopped working. While registration was successful, I was given only view-only access—no ability to transfer funds or perform basic transactions. What’s the point of a banking app if it doesn’t let you bank? The new app feels incomplete and poorly tested. BOI really needs to take customer feedback seriously and fix these critical issues. Until then, this app is just not worth it.

I am an nri customer and unable to sign up. Contacted customer support and got a response that someone will look into it. Its more than a week and three follow ups. Better delete and move on to some other bank!!
