Overall a Good App for UPI Payments , Insurance and bank account creation. Performance is still slow in UPI payments and sometimes scan does not work . However a major miss is the offers which jio should provide while doing UPI payments or bill payments which other market players are giving . I have been using jio for upi payments from about 1 month now . Payments response still a bit slow as compared to GPAY or other market players .

I would like to suggest something for wide spread use of Jio Finance App. Some of the suggestions are as under: 1. Please initiate attractive referral programme as we Indians like referral rewards just other Apps (GPay, PhonePay have done) 2. Please also use CIBIL score from CIBIL as it is widely used (GPay used currently that feature) 3. Loan against Large Cap Stocks of NIFTY50/Sensex 4. Zero or minimal processing fees for loan 5. Rewards/cashback for credit card bill payments 6. Jio cobranded credit card which has attractive reward/cashback for bill payment to Jio services (prepaid, postpaid, fiber etc.) and for Utility/Grocery/Food delivery apps like Airtel has done with their Airtel Axis Credit Card. 7. Rewards for making insurance payment. These are some of the initiatives which are very much useful for Jio Finance App Success.

The app has some major flaws. Despite trying, l'm unable to open a bank account due to my PAN being linked to a different number's wallet. The app only allows account opening with an Aadhaar-linked number, which is inconvenient. Furthermore, the app fails to close my existing wallet, getting stuck on the loading screen perpetually. l've tried emailing the support team, but they simply replied that I need to close the wallet through the app, which isn't working! There's no helpline number to call for assistance, and the email support is unhelpful. I'm stuck in a loop with no solution in sight. Where can I go for help when neither the app nor the support team is willing to assist ? Considering Jio is a reputable brand under the Ambani group, I expect better. You're earning millions, yet investing little in customer service. Improve your customer support, add a helpline number, and train your email support team to be more helpful.
