Love the fact that i can check my purchases, deposit my checks and transfer money all without going to the bank, 24-7. I work nights and am not usually out and about during regular banking hours. This is perfect. The employees are all super nice and helpful whenever i have had an issue or needed help over the phone. I highly reccament country bank I’ve had several different Banks in the past and i ask truly happy with country bank. THANK YOU

I’ve yet to be disappointed in the service I receive from all personnel. Friendly, helpful and quick to help yet willing to take the time to listen . I’ve been to several branches and called by phone and always consistently receive warm kind helpful assistance . I highly recommend this bank for your business.

A nasty bug (or design oversight) of the Country Bank app is that it will let you schedule funds transfers to/from non-transaction accounts in excess of what is legally allowed per Regulation D. At the very least, the app should pop up a message about the limits imposed on non-transaction accounts by Reg D anytime a customer selects such an account for funds transfer. CB knows which accounts are impacted, whereas most consumers don’t. The rest of the app is pretty decent with a few concerns. PIN login is more convenient than a password, but no support for TouchID somewhat reduces convenience and, potentially, security. Passwords cannot contain certain symbols, also *potentially* reducing security. Overall a good effort, though. It’s easy to get around, looks great, and locks you out if you don’t use it for a minute or two. Scheduling transfers is simple and intuitive — just don’t do it with non-transaction accounts or CB will charge you a fee!
