I down loaded this app on my iPhone & watched the whole 2024 First ever Perth Sevens in Australia. Watched from Modesto California, threw it onto my 65”TV screen & the picture & sound was UHD perfect quality 👌👌👍👍. Thank you so so much Rugby Pass TV you guys are the bestest ever🫡❤️🙏

The service seems to shut down every time there is an hsbc tournament. I just missed all of hong hong because the app was broken all weekend. I missed half of Vancouver for the same reason. I get that it’s a free service, but what’s the point if it doesn’t work? I must add that when it works, it’s wonderful to have access to the content, including documentary programming, like whistleblowers. But even when it is working, the navigation and menu system are sub par, and it’s confusing to navigate. But it’s the only game in town for streaming rugby sevens, so I am at its mercy as a fan of the sport. I was hoping to have friends over to watch the final matches and introduce them to the sport I love, but I can’t plan a party around an app that might not work on game day.

It’s great when it works, but last month during the HBSC Svns in Perth I had a major problems getting connected on any of my devices. Maybe 1 out of 6 times I managed to connect on my iPad but couldn’t get through at all on my tv. Now this weekend for Vancouver I managed to connect for day one, but today on day two, I cannot get in. When I try my iPad I get a message saying connection failed; on my phone it says no content available, and my tv just shows a black screen.
