Followers Pro For Instagram

I downloaded this app months ago, back when it was just called “Followers” (didn’t have “Pro” in the name) and I paid $9.99 plus tax for the premium features of the app (which was already a lot of money for what you get, but luckily I had a gift card). It worked great for a few days, but then I get a message saying I needed to delete my “followers” app and download the new “Followers Pro” version, and that my purchase would carry over. I did as told, and of course... doesn’t work. I have hit the “restore purchase” button multiple times, I’ve tried deleting and downloading the app again, and nothing. The worst part? I have sent them probably 5 or 6 emails about this issue. Most of these emails they never answered. I did get a standard reply to one of them telling me to hit “restore purchases,” even though I clearly stated in my email that I had already tried that. I really just either want to get my money back, or to be able to access the features I paid for. I didn’t think that was too much to ask, but apparently it is. I didn’t want to have to give a bad review because the old version worked great and I got what I paid for- for a few days, but for months I’ve been trying to reach them with little to no response, and that is frustrating.

First of all, I would give this app zero stars if it allowed me to but I guess I have to put one star (which in my opinion is extremely generous). I use to love this app, but since the new update I HATE it. Yeah I can still see who my new followers and and can see who I’m not following back/who is not following me back, but what good is that if I lost all of my other features, features that I PAID FOR? I can no longer unfollow someone from the app (which is one of the main reasons why I used this app) and I can’t use and of the features that I previously paid for in the older version. Features such as seeing who my ghost followers are, seeing who my top likers/commenters are. I am extremely disappointed in the fact that I paid for these features and when I go to redeem my previously paid features it won’t allow me to redeem them! I have been using this app for over 4 years now but looks like I’ll be deleting it and finding a new one.

With the regular, non-pro version of the app, it's pretty good. It does exactly what it says it does-- shows you who unfollowed you, who blocked you, who you're not following back, who isn't following you back, who your new followers are, what your follower growth analytics are, etc. And yes, it does show you correct data. But, however, there are some features that you have to pay for. Paying for the Pro version of this app I'm pretty sure costs $6.99-- which is kinda much, if you think about it. I've heard a lot of people having issues with updating and purchasing pro, so I think that it's unnecessary to get the pro version. I have noticed, in the relatively short amount of time I've had this app, some features you used to be able to do in the free version now require you to pay. Sort of annoying but oh well.
