As others have stated it you create your account on the web first, then download the app, there are issues. I was able to log into the app successfully but it wasn’t easy. The app has different password rules than the website. You have to go back to the website and change your password there to conform to the app rules. The app doesn’t always give a good error message if it doesn’t like your password. For instance if your password has an underscore it doesn’t tell you that it won’t accept an underscore, it just fails and gives you the rules, which tell you to use a special character. Gee I thought underscore was a special character. The app says “create an account” when you are trying to log in to an existing account. Confusing. But you can log in. I cannot review the rest of the app yet because I’ve just managed to log in. I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt and give it 3 stars.

Ok, this is from a real person in Prince George, VA., and not only did I receive my Pinter within 5 days of ordering but I was able to download the app, set up my account and followed the directions with no issues. There are no paper directions in there, so you MUST use the app. To set up, also, do not put your phone number in there just yet because I found out that did not work. I added my number in there, once I was registered and the app was set up. After the purification and brewing started, it even informed me that I would have to wait the required days, before going to the next level. It’s really simple, people, and you must have patience and be able to READ. So far…I’m giving this app 5 stars but I’ll wait until I get to the next stages and then completion. I’ll keep everyone notified. Just follow directions. Again, it’s very easy.
