Pinter App

Bought this for my dad as a birthday gift. First, the product is great. Clean and doesn’t seem cheap at all. I downloaded the app to see how intuitive it was; as a system developer, this app is just downright great. Easy to work through and the pictures/few second videos to help clean and brew is an amazing tool. Only reason I won’t rate 5 stars is the beer selection. Hoping it rotates or somehow adds more company variety. (Or adds more seltzers specifically considering how big it’s getting nowadays)

Sent an email to edit/ cancel/ exchange my order since my pinters were delayed and I received my mixes way before the units. Nope I was told I had agreed to a commitment to continue ordering and that I can only change the flavors I changed the delivery timing to 8 weeks thinking I’d get 4 more weeks to make my drinks. And see if I wanted to reorder them. Nope they fulfilled the same order as the first and I got duplicate drinks, now I have to deal with a return great. I emailed ahead of time and just got ignored. (Pause/side note)I made the drinks 1 batch came out good the second batch the coffee imperial stout blew out and leaked, I have them on top of my kitchen cabinets, it came down the walls and into my cabinets keep in mind I’ve been checking them almost daily and this happened spontaneously and after it happened it would happen every day I would have to clean it every morning. Oh well can’t win them all it didn’t bother me atm, I’m bothered today as I had requested 8 week delivery since I still have 3 mixes I Havnt even made and now I gotta deal with a return, a reorder and even more hassles because of you guys just not making it “easy”. I canceled on time, I got told no cause of a “commitment” and in the same email was told hey you can delay your order to 8 weeks that’s what I was trying to do!!! Now I’m being force fed repeated mixes.

Ok, this is from a real person in Prince George, VA., and not only did I receive my Pinter within 5 days of ordering but I was able to download the app, set up my account and followed the directions with no issues. There are no paper directions in there, so you MUST use the app. To set up, also, do not put your phone number in there just yet because I found out that did not work. I added my number in there, once I was registered and the app was set up. After the purification and brewing started, it even informed me that I would have to wait the required days, before going to the next level. It’s really simple, people, and you must have patience and be able to READ. So far…I’m giving this app 5 stars but I’ll wait until I get to the next stages and then completion. I’ll keep everyone notified. Just follow directions. Again, it’s very easy.
