The app is very user friendly, easy to figure out and its simplicity is awesome.
It would be nice though if there was a way to add notes to an entry under the Custom tab. Also, being able to add an entry to the custom tab directly from the history tab would be useful.

The app works well enough as far as controlling the cooking process but with one MAJOR annoyance! About every fourth or fifth time I go to use the app it declares “no equipment found” and I have to login to the Typhur website and reconnect the app to the base unit before I can setup the cooking parameters. The Typhur products are priced at the top level for this kind of product and work well but I feel that the app used to control them is not a top tier effort.

When I saw this online, I was excited about it because it was smaller and took up less space height with and depth. I researched a lot and couldn’t get a straight answer, but they said it was relatively quiet and it is very quiet!
The main thing I don’t like about it is that it really doesn’t come with an instruction manual??
And I’m having a lot of trouble finding the right temperature and amount of time to use for various foods??
Even the basic foods they have a list for don’t seem to be correct because the food is either under or overcooked?? so I’m having a lot of difficulty preparing food that is done correctly thus for wasting food and not enjoying it,
Then about 30 days after I bought it, the new one came out!
