So easy to place orders with Body Candy!! I buy all my nose cz studs for BC…Love the pink cz because it looks great with my complexion.. I finally broke down and bought another pink cz flower nose bone in 18 gauge..Unfortunately I lost the first one that I had purchase…I also ordered the 2 18 gauge multi pack one that has round cz’s and the other multi pack is 18gauge round cz ..I am going to share with my sister and let her pick what colors cz’s she like..I also ordered a 3mm L shaped Pink CZ in 20 gauge round cz…and last but not least I ordered a 18 gauge 3mm square pink cz nose bone.. I Love the quality and fair prices ! No one can beat you in quality, price and selections you carry. The only small issue I have is that you don’t offer more 18gauge nose studs in a variety like the 20 gauge… Sincerely, Mary Kariotakis

It's been almost 10 days and my package hasn't even been shipped. I've ordered multiple other packages from various other establishments that have been processed, shipped and arrived before my package with y'all has even moved. This is my first time shopping with y'all and yall cannot properly communicate or consult ur clients. Nor can yall troubleshoot their issues or provide any useful information. Packages are not being shipped out in a timely manner and ur blaming it on ur warehouse and the "time of year". Please work on your professionalism. I hope to be able to purchase from yall again on a much more positive note with no inconveniences. My first time purchasing from yall has been a nightmare so far. Y'all have beautiful jewelry for a good price. Ur app looks good. Y'all just have some things to work on and that's okay. There's always room for improvement and constructive criticism from real people. Hopefully yall actually listen and improve so u can grow as a company. Goodluck. Happy holidays. God bless. Was quoted Saturday for my order, it then is Monday finally receive an update. They then say because they “don’t feel comfortable” leaving my package as I live in a trailer court and that it is an “insecure location” that they say I have to retrieve my package from a post office. (Not telling me this til I call and ask where my package is) I go to the post office and since body candy sent my package in a letter envelope meant for paper/cards and not actual products I had to pay for my packaging because they sent it thru a mail slot and it then destroyed my product because it was sent by bodycandy in the wrong packaging. After opening it I see that there are multiple stabs and holes in my product causing there to be lost balls to my jewelry. Tried calling as well as emailing for days and get nothing no help no sorry no money back not even a product resent out. They are scammers can’t even send products in the correct packaging causing the people to have to pay extra for broken products. Even included photos and still nothing.
