Application process easier than I ever expected. I was able to upload documents, track my status, and complete everything right from my iPhone. The app is clean, fast, and super intuitive—even better than doing it on a computer. What I loved most was getting real-time updates. Thank you Andrea for your help.

The page lags all the time. Documents take around 3 minutes each for them to upload. The application fee is mega expensive for no reason because at the end of the day is more tedious to fill out information in this app than to do so in a paper copy application. It doesn’t let you proceed until you provide madly unnecessary information because is “mandatory”. This app almost made me consider if I should move into a new house or not. It is a horrible bureaucratic process, where is this money even invested into? Because surely none of it is to improve the users experience.

I did everything from my phone — super useful and easy to use. I loved that I could do it in my own language too, since they have native translation in Portuguese. Made moving into my new home smooth and stress-free! Highly recommend.
