This has got to be the worst banking app that I have ever used! It’s clunky and difficult to find the specific operations you are looking for and the notifications settings are a nightmare! You are allowed to change your login name but the app doesn’t seem to remember what you changed it to and it keeps displaying your old name resulting in a failed login attempt if you’re not paying attention! App keeps giving you the “loading circle of death” where nothing happens if you decide to move away from the homepage if you’ve been able to get it loaded up. This is not even close to the ease of use of the old app! It’s like someone put lipstick on a pig! Just doesn’t work like it should and it should be avoided at all costs! I’m just gonna go to their website to do my banking! This is app is frickin ridiculous and doesn’t work!

The app is very good, I like the layout, more info available. Good job on that! I also see continued improvements have been made. My only complaint is issues with the orientation of the User Interface, especially on an iPad: the app doesn't rotate on certain pages to match the desktop landscape orientation (which can be understandable if it's been designed for mobile phone use in portrait-only mode). Also, and more importantly, the Mobile Deposit page is truncated, even in portrait mode on the iPad, which makes it currently impossible to be able to deposit my check at all as I cannot reach the button to take the photo of the All else looks very good! Please check this feature to resolve this issue.

Over this last year, I’ve been pretty upset over SCCU’s previous app basically not working. I’d try to log in and I would get an infinite loading screen. I saw this pop up, but it seemed more like it was optional than necessary. However, this week SCCU decided to make this format of their online banking mandatory, so color me surprised when I tried logging in on the website and it took multiple attempts before I could actually access my details. Great start…
I’m glad to at least have an app for my banking again after 10 months, but I feel this was rolled out very haphazardly and without warning. Like I said, it came out of nowhere. Not to mention while I like the new interface, it’s still VERY buggy and slow, but at this point, I shouldn’t expect anything less from SCCU’s apps…
