Upd: after more than one month the code has been generated and delivered.

I have requested a refund for a pre order that i canceled “over a month “ago and the costumer service ignored me at first then when i started sending many emails and dms they told me it will be back soon, soon when? I don’t understand what kind of company takes over a month and half to give back a refund! Never in my life i have experienced this with any other company!

Conclusion: don’t make the purchase from this app,
First few digital codes instantly delivered, then, they didn’t send my codes for my following purchase. I have sent several message to their stupid email, no responses. This company is not trustworthy. There is no channel to get refunds.
Btw, Customer number never picked up.
