I like everything about this app but I have a problem, when ever I try to access my Dashboard to check my points the app closes by itself so I need a solution for my problem.

Whaat is happening with Novo?? The old app was so user friendly and now complicated and ugly. Also in Novo Qatar service of 7star food was very bad. Cold food and no cutlery no tissues after we asked many times. Dont put edamame and corn on menu unless we asked many times for it to staff. Very deceiving i would prefer spend money other places since anyway movies are also declining in quality.

I’ve been using this app for a long time and it’s been really helpful but recently it hasn’t been letting me access anything. When I click on the app a sign pops up saying that I have to update the app however there is no update available. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again but nothing has changed.
