1.I love this app so much more than instagram or snapchat or even BeReal, and it feels like I’m curating a timeline that I want to look back on, with notes and connection, like a camera roll of memories. 2. The search feature is honestly awesome, and I haven’t used it yet, but it’s such a great concept, especially for when things get crowded. One thing to make it even easier to search would be to add the option to make “tags” on each post, like someone could label a specific friend group to search moments by, or “family” when they want to pull up a set of moments that may not have the key word in any other part of the post. 2. Another feature I would add is, I wish there was a map, where you could see your memories grouped by the location you tagged and move around on a map as well as the timeline! 3. Also, a few people have been saying add a “discover feature” or some way to connect with others, but this app is so much better, because you only see what others send to you. I think, because of the personal aspect of it, you don’t want other people seeing your feed, and this app avoids influencers, which is amazing, and it kills my doom scrolling too, because there’s nothing there besides what you put into it. Making it more public or exploring other people’s memories would make it just like any other app.

I heard about moment through one of my friends. I downloaded the app and immediately loved it. I deleted a lot of social media off my phone since it was so distracting, but I’ve felt kind of left out. Moment gives me a way to connect with my friends (aka people who I actually care about) and record things that are impactful. I like how you can take a photo when you’re at the party itself, so you avoid superficial filtered and perfectly choreographed pictures. I definitely feel like I’ll look back in a couple of years and be happy I downloaded this app!!

I know the app is still a baby app! But the concept and idea is fun! Just tiny recommendations that I think would be worth considering :) 1. I think I would like the ability to see public news feeds of what my friends are posting instead of having to share it to each person. 2. When uploading more than one picture/video to a moment, it would be cool to move around the pic/video in the order you want then having to go back and check and uncheck pictures to get the order you want. 3. When posting more than one photo/vid again, the option to delete a pic/vid while previewing instead of going back to uncheck it would be cool too! 4. I would def like to see an option to see and discover what other people are posting since there’s not too many of my friends who know about it yet. So having a bigger pool of accounts to look at would be cool :) 5. If your old notifications can stay in the activity tab, instead of automatically deleting it! Would be cool to see how your account grows and integrates with other people! Again! I know it’s such a new app, but I am excited to see how it grows :)
