Hi! I absolutely love this app. I will always give this app 5 stars as it does everything it is supposed to. Today, I disabled (deleted) my account because I couldn’t change my email to a different email. The email that I was using is going to be lost on March 22, 2026 as I am unable to clean up the email in time. I tried my very bestest. Please Developers, please let us change (only 1 time) our email if need be in a case like this. Please and thank you. I love this app too much to not be able to not use it. I really want to create a brand new account with the 2026 email (Gmail) that I recently created and continue to use this amazing and beautiful app. Also, won’t let me use my brand new cellphone number (I already used it with old email that is going away) and won’t let me use it again. Please let me reuse my brand new number of 2026 and beyond (just 1 more time) with this 2026 email that I just created because of my old email. Please and thank you.

I’ve been using Moment for a while now, and it’s honestly been such a great resource for storing all my photos and videos. It’s super easy to use, everything is organized, and I never have to worry about losing anything. I love that it’s free and doesn’t try to charge me just to keep my own memories. All my friends use Moment now too — we share albums, relive old trips, and it’s become our go-to place for everything. It’s crazy how smooth it runs compared to other apps that keep adding fees or limits. Moment really feels like it was made for people who just want a simple, reliable way to keep their memories safe. Highly recommend!

1.I love this app so much more than instagram or snapchat or even BeReal, and it feels like I’m curating a timeline that I want to look back on, with notes and connection, like a camera roll of memories. 2. The search feature is honestly awesome, and I haven’t used it yet, but it’s such a great concept, especially for when things get crowded. One thing to make it even easier to search would be to add the option to make “tags” on each post, like someone could label a specific friend group to search moments by, or “family” when they want to pull up a set of moments that may not have the key word in any other part of the post. 2. Another feature I would add is, I wish there was a map, where you could see your memories grouped by the location you tagged and move around on a map as well as the timeline! 3. Also, a few people have been saying add a “discover feature” or some way to connect with others, but this app is so much better, because you only see what others send to you. I think, because of the personal aspect of it, you don’t want other people seeing your feed, and this app avoids influencers, which is amazing, and it kills my doom scrolling too, because there’s nothing there besides what you put into it. Making it more public or exploring other people’s memories would make it just like any other app.
