I really enjoy listening to GHR 70’s and 80’s on this ap but it keeps dropping out. it’ll just stop playing for a few seconds and sometimes it’ll come back sometimes i have to come out the ap and re launch it . Does it i’d say every day and doesn’t matter if it’s on wifi mobile data phone ipad laptop it’s all the time. As of today July 15th 2026 Nothing has changed since my last review in fact it’s getting worse. Cuts off for no reason and I have to re start it playing again. Then it might go an hour then it’ll do it again. Today it was log onto greatest hits radio and as soon as it connects it kicks me off. So I’ve gone back to Tune in Radio and there’s no issue with that app at all. I wouldn’t mind if I was connecting on a phone but I’m using fixed Wi-Fi in my workshop to use this app. It seems to get worse every time they bring out another iOS update for this app.

I use Rayo with either Alexa or Siri. I am Severely Sight Impaired; so it’s much easier to control the app with my voice. It’s easy to launch Rayo with Siri but with Alexa, you have to say Rayo letter by letter; R A Y O. Once opened, the app is fairly easy to control with Alexa but almost impossible with Siri. With Alexa you can access most content; but I’ve been unable to request two new shows; Clint Boon and Spinning The Decades. Once the app’s open with Siri, I need to use another piece of software, VoiceOver, to search for what I’m looking for. I would like to be able to say, Hey Siri, play Absolute 80s, for example. The only thing I can do with Siri after launch is fast-forward; and then for no more than 20 seconds at a time. However, there is lots of great Content; so keep up the good work but please look to improve the user experience with Siri after launch and Alexa.
