I was so excited about this feeder! The feeder has a great camera, and notifies when a bird comes. I am able to save videos and photos. Took awhile to figure it out so a quick start guide would be helpful.

Not sure what the other reviews are referring to but this app works great. It’s nice to be able to see what birds friends I have made. So far it goes back at least a week or so with cloud storage. The AI bot could use some work on what a Bird. That is its only flaw. My setup is hard wired with great WiFi access.

Very disappointed in this app. It identified a squirrel as a great horned owl, an anhinga, a chickadee and about 10 other types of birds. This app has so many flaws I can’t even name them all. The free version on the app will not take photos, videos or send any phone notifications… it requires a monthly subscription to work in any capacity. So disappointed in this app that I packed up my birthday gift (bird feeder with camera) and returned it. I’ll buy a different one that uses an app that works.
