This is a nice product, but doesn’t work on google home or Alexa, it only works on there software, the products link up to Alexa and Google but nothing on cameras, I had this problem with Tapo camera, it doesn’t work on Google home
This app is so poorly designed that it forced me to return the hummingbird feeder. Aside from difficulty using the app, the main reason was due to not being able to either zoom in or pause video clips using this app. Nor can the video clips be watched in landscape mode to fill the phone screen for a larger view. So, there is no point in it. If there had been at least one way to get a larger view of a video clip, I would have stayed with it and kept the feeder.
Purchased a returned a solar outside camera, could not use because bound to original owner (who was obviously not happy- they returned). Technical Support would not unbind/reset. So camera is worthless. Will never purchase from this company again.
