Every single time I’ve caught a ride from hopper, I have ordered a ride at 7 AM right at the start time and each time it takes the drivers 30 minutes to pick me up, with the app swapping drivers 3 times, and the drivers are shown stopping elsewhere not on the route for extremely long or chatting with their friends. The distance from their parking spots should be at most 10 minutes away so I am always late each time I use SV Hopper. Their service team is very unprofessional and they really need to track their drivers.
Application is clear, not super easy to use but it’s okay when you understand the interface. I want to suggest an improvement, could you use the live activities then we can see the status of the arrival and the drive
We used to get an arrival time for pickup. Now we only see the destination time. This makes ordering a guessing game. For example, it’s 9:15 am and my train arrives at the station at 9:30. I open the app and order a ride. I book the ride only to see that the pickup is in 3 minutes. So I have to cancel the ride, wait another 13 minutes then book again. The new booking now shows pickup in 20 minutes. A big waste of time. Please show when the driver is expected at pickup. Thanks.
