Firstly, I have nothing against the people that normally deliver my products. I always get my products from Fast Horse. My annoyance with this company is the lack of transparency with communication as I always seem to get a automated message whenever I try to contact their customer support service. God knows that number they provided on their website website even works. I get very annoyed when ever my parcel has arrived earlier than the estimated arrival date, normally if it was with companies such as Australia Post or any other courier, they would always deliver before the estimated dates. Once the parcel has arrived, they will deliver it to my house the next day. However for Fast Horse, it seems that they would purposely wait until the estimated arrival time to deliver parcel, despite the fact that it has arrived 3 to 4 days ago. This courier decides to keep it for days on end which makes customers like me and also concerned that you just never know that the drivers might never deliver the product that we buy online. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories from this courier so it makes me concerned that why would you guys purposely wait until the estimated delivery date to deliver product if it has arrived in the airport a couple of days early than the estimated delivery? Please do better because unfortunately a very popular online Chinese store always seems to use you guys as their cheapest alternative for free shipping.

I signed up as a delivery driver and had to pay $40 for a national police check because my previous check was 6 months and one week old and they needed a check that was under 6 months old. I completed the sign up at the start of August and check the app every single day at the correct time and have set my availability for all day, every day and I am still yet to get any delivery orders? There is no way to contact an actual person regarding this, as the ‘Contact us’ option forces you to enter a parcel tracking number. I emailed the one contact email I could find and after waiting a week for a reply and still nothing, I resent the email and then got a reply 2 days later telling me ‘you can be patient and wait’. If you look at the reviews online, 98% of those are 1 star complaints about the service but yet they are clearly not wanting to hire any new drivers to make the service better? Such a scam. Thumbs down.

I have complaints about the delivery service you do. I ordered something for my Mum and she received it yesterday chucked on her front lawn and it wasn't even on her porch or in her mailbox. I find this disgraceful and not professional. And now there's another order coming from your company. If this one comes and it's just tossed I'll be complaining again. Please do better, people should be excited for the order and not have to worry their order has been destroyed or trampled on. Some people are struggling with money and are trying to treat themselves when they can and then they receive it and it's broken or tossed on the ground where strangers can just steal it. So not okay we'll see on this next order.
