Overly complicated, waste of time, doesn’t work
All I want is a SIM card that will work for the one week I am in Australia. Because I made the stupid mistake of buying a SIM card from this terrible company, I have to use their app or website. I only want to use the money I spent on the SIM card. Does not matter; I have to give these people my credit card information. I jump through all of the stupid hoops to activate the thing, and I just get an error message. Terrible company, buy from someone else.
