One of the annoying part about this app is that you have to scroll every time to the previous trip to get reward. Instead the app should bring to the previous trip automatically. I have also found that when you click on previous trip this app take photo of you and your surroundings which comprises your security beware… o think the developer should be more concerned about the security and privacy of its users if your are a premium member. After paying a certain amount as a premium this company compromises your security and doesnot reward its premium members as they should. They are getting sponsors from every where but they are keeping their premium members in dark by charging them premium fees and not letting premium members redeem every trip they have done. They making money from ads from free users but if people paying them money more should be done if you really want to promote safety on road otherwise they just keeping people in dark to fill their pockets. They are not offering these benefits listed on app for free they are certainly charging heafty amount from other brands to publish their brands on their app one of the big example would be “Australian rewards club” who who collect millions and give you a reward in just thousands I think it’s a money making tactics.

I’ve only used the app 2 times so far, the first time I got 100 but the 2nd time I only got 84 because it took points off for distraction. Both times I pressed start as soon as I got in the car before I even turned the car on & then I put my phone in my bag & when I got to my destination I didn’t press stop until I’d turned the car off & was getting out so I’m not happy that the app is insinuating that I was distracted & used my phone while driving & there’s clearly a glitch because it only came up saying distracted the 2nd time when I did the same thing both times. If it keeps happening then I’m going to delete my account & the app because I know I don’t touch my phone when I’m driving, I barely touch it when I’m not driving & I’m not going to bother to continue to use an app to get a safe driving score thats inaccurate because what would be the point of that. Maybe the app could be modified so that when we press start the app gives us a 2 minute grace period at the beginning of the trip to put the phone away & at the end of a trip give another 2 minute grace period for getting the phone back out to press pause or stop. This is the only issue I’ve had with the app so far so if it could be fixed then I think the app would be great. EDIT - I’m done with this app & I’ve deleted it. I don’t touch my phone while I’m driving but the app keeps taking points off for distraction so it must be from when I turn my phone on & off to start & end the trip so I’m not going to bother with it any more it’s not accurate by any means & it’s a waste of time. The app is a good idea but there’s no point using it when it doesn’t work correctly.

I drive for a living and thought this would be a great way to earn rewards while I work. I like others found the speed scoring strange as I definitely keep an eye on my speed like a hawk some scores 100 then next trip it’s 40 odd and I have no idea why. As I’m a food delivery driver I’m in shopping centres a lot and I’m wondering if it’s the speed limit in the car parks where u can’t always watch the speedo due to looking for a park. And some of my car parks have it as 20kph and some have no signage at all. I do on occasion lose some distraction points due to my having to use my work app while driving which is always in a holder. It’s does seem erratic as some trips 100% and some not and I’ve not done anything different with my phone and always use Siri as much as possible (not that she understands the word Ksafe 😂) Highly recommend to all as it’s made me more conscious of my speed and the way I use my phone for work 🥰
