One major drawback of this app is that unlike other major delivery or Rideshare apps, you can’t go offline without having to decline incoming orders. With other major apps, you can go offline during an order, and when the order is complete, the app will automatically put you in offline status. Not so here, orders keep coming at you. This app also sends you multiple orders to picked up before delivery. I’m not sure what other apps are like in that regard, but I have a feeling that it could lead to customer dissatisfaction with orders that are not as hot as desired. A positive note is that the payment system does seem to work smoothly with weekly compensation. I’m not sure how long it takes to get instant payout. To reiterate: emergencies and life happens. App needs to allow drivers to go offline without continuing to pile on orders.

• When active using this app the audio volume gets depressed while listening to music or watching a video. • Have a New Orders tab, Pickup tab and Delivery tab because right now when we get sent a new order that screen takes over the whole app and the timer gets stressful sometimes. Auto accept orders can be a nightmare at times too. • The notification sound to driver is kind of annoying haha, after a year now I don’t like having to hear the sound of a fortune cookie getting crunched and saying “It’s Hungry Panda here is a new order” 😂 . • Fix the problem when uploading proof of dropoff it goes back to the dropoff window to show me the address before completing the order. • Merge the driver account to customer account and give the drivers a special discount when placing an order through Panda

The app is not good every time you schedule to go online it takes too long to receive orders if you scheduled your schedule for eight hours from 8am till 4pm sometimes you’re only receiving five alerts within those eight hours and it’s ridiculous. Sometimes only three orders sometimes probably no delivery alert within three hours or two hours. It’s crazy. The system is automatic where they go and send the alert automatically. That the system sends orders automatically, but I guess the system is not locating the delivery drivers correctly. It’s either its sending multiple orders to the same delivery drivers, not sending orders at all to all the delivery drivers that are available online and on schedule this needs to be fixed or the app need to be brought by a different company because I am not satisfied
