Mostly useless
Won’t connect with my device or even recognize it. My pro master chroma CL36RGB V3 refuses to connect to the app. This model is in the dropdown for manual device selection and still just spins and does nothing. I’ve tried multiple resets and modes for the app and the device and it will never connect. I believe the device turns on in BT discovery mode as there is no other way to enable it. The symbol flashes on light device to connect but within this app it never finds it. I’d expect the support for this to be a little more detailed, but the help options within the app screens don’t show anything for this issue. I’d rather they not market my product with an app if it isn’t going to work. I can use the light without the app, just upset to waste time with a bad app.
