This is the US app. If you are US based you cannot charge your rental car with this company while visiting the UK. They have prohibited people with US phones from downloading the UK app which means that US visitors to the UK cannot use this company’s charging points because this is the only version of the app available. I hope this review saves others the time I spent trying to work this out. You need to find a different charging point from a different company and cross your fingers that you don’t have the same issue.
Followed the directions at a charge point to charge my car in Harrogate UK and the app did not recognize either the QR code or unique number. It downloaded really well though. Unable to charge my car.
