I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times because it won’t terminate my charging sessions properly. On a couple of occasions, I’ve plugged my car in and come back hours later only to find out it hasn’t charged at all. To make matters worse, I don’t get notifications when a session has ended, which makes it difficult to track whether it’s even working. At this point, I’ve had so many issues that it’s almost not worth using—unfortunately, it’s the only option my apartment complex provides.

Charger would not start and customer service is non-existent. Messages never answered and the phone number is a bot with the best advice to close out the app and try again. Really? Yeah, that didn’t work and also left my session open and said I needed to close it start a new one. If I had an active session and the charger was working none of this would be an issue. Based on other reviews I’m starting to think this is a scam to bill credit cards or at minimum collect them. Chargers seem to never work despite looking new and functional.

This is THE WORST COMPANY EVER!! Support NEVER answer calls or messages. Stations already stop charging, always shows an error, the app is TERRIBLE! After unplugged it still charging (your credit card, of course) and is impossible to stop it, app fails, support didn’t answer and they, the owners still getting richest.
