The phone app continually loses the paired device and I have to re- pair the device

Will not connect no matter what I do

The app has a lot of bugs and doesn’t work most of the time. I spent about 5 hours of trying to add the Petsnowy litter box to the app and make it work, I went through adding and deleting the box many times, resetting the box, plugging, unplugging , restarting the router, reinstalling the app etc. after a few hours of struggling I finally was able to add the box to the app but it was saying the box is off line when the network test in the app was checking all the boxes and saying the connection is normal with no problems. I spent another a couple of hours trying different solutions, then I reset the cash and unbind the device, reinstalled the apps and finally was able to make the app work. It worked for a few days until I unplugged the box to clean it. Now I plugged it back it and it says the device if offline again, at the same time the network test in the app checks all the boxes and shows that the network works well. I don’t want to spend hours reinstalling everything again. This app is a raw unfinished product. Expect that you won’t be able to use the smart features of the Petsnowy products most of the time and you’ll spend a lot of time trying to figure it or just give up on it. The app has 2 out of 5 stars rating in the App Store for a reason…
