POP: UPI, Shop, Credit Card

My experience with POP has been extremely disappointing. The biggest issue is not just the delayed refund process but the complete lack of effective customer support. I have been following up for weeks through email, chat, and customer support, yet every interaction feels like talking to a bot. The support team keeps repeating the same scripted responses such as "please wait 5–7 days" without actually reviewing the case or providing any meaningful update. Even after waiting far beyond the promised timelines, there has been no proper resolution. Email responses are slow, chat support is unhelpful, and there seems to be no accountability from the escalation team. As a customer, I expect transparent communication and timely action, especially when refunds are involved. Instead, I have had to repeatedly chase updates and explain the same issue over and over again. A company is judged not only by how it sells products but also by how it handles customer issues. Unfortunately, POP has failed in that regard. The refund process is frustrating, customer support lacks ownership, and resolving a simple issue has turned into a lengthy and exhausting experience. I hope the management team takes customer complaints seriously and improves both its refund process and support quality. Until then, I cannot recommend this platform to others. PROCESS MY REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ITS BEEN MORE THAN 15 days..

Dear Pop UPI Team, I am writing this complaint with extreme frustration and disappointment regarding a failed transaction on your platform. I placed an order through Pop UPI, but even after the payment was successfully deducted from my account, the order was NOT confirmed. This is completely unacceptable. If you are taking money from customers, the least you can ensure is a proper confirmation and service delivery. Let me make this very clear — my money has been deducted, but I have received neither any order confirmation nor any proper update. This reflects very poorly on your system reliability and customer support. I have checked everything from my end multiple times. The issue is clearly from your side, and I should not be made to suffer because of your technical faults. I demand immediate action on this matter: 1. Either confirm my order immediately with proper details 2. OR initiate a full refund to my original payment method without any delay If this issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be forced to escalate this complaint further to higher authorities and consumer forums. Kindly treat this as URGENT and resolve it as soon as possible.
