Everything seemed to work well until I tried to check out. First, I tried to check out as a guest. I entered my credit card information and the app crashed. Then I set up an account and when I entered my card information the app crashed. I walked to the Harrison shop, placed an order and paid with the same card the app crashed on

Most restaurants in the area use a website to place orders and not an app with a user interface from 2010. This app is incredibly clunky and kept crashing after painstakingly attempting to place an order multiple times. Thank you for the waste of time. I figured I would place an order online since employees seem to prioritize making online orders when I go to one of the locations but making an online order seems to be impossible.

This app is fine until you have to check out. As soon as you try to enter the date for your order at the end it crashes every single time. I saw this was on the reviews from a year or more ago. How has this gone unaddressed for that long. Also how is this the only way to order online? Either fix the app or allow for online ordering through your website because this is so bad it’s embarrassing.
