Bagel Emporium

Once an item is in the cart, the app does not allow any changes to that item. It would be a great update for the future. Sometimes people want to adjust an item in the cart without having to delete that item and redo it completely.

This app is so good it practically smells like fresh everything seasoning and bacon scallion cream cheese through the screen. It’s fast, intuitive, and has officially ended my awkward face-to-face indecision at the bagel counter. My only complaint is that it doesn’t also toast them for me—yet.

I ordered off the website for about 5 years! Awesome interface but....on my last two orders they failed to follow my special instructions (for things like ketchup or "scooped out bagel") AND they also substituted bagels for flagels without crediting back for the unavailable more expensive item. The app also doesn't provide a way to communicate with the business if they get the order wrong- with the website they would always follow up with an email to have you rate the order and if you had a problem they would take care of it through that communication system
