Do not use this app for your McGraw-Hill Ebook for your course. This is the wrong app and will not let you sign in. You need to use “Read Anywhere” app by McGraw Hill. The app picture will have a blue background, with 3 squares…a large white one for the backdrop and a red small square inset on top a light blue in front of the white square. (Assuming it’s an artistic textbook).

I tried to log in so I could use my Anatomy Atlas on my ipad during lab instead of having to bring my laptop but apparently my account doesn’t exist (even though I’ve logged in on the website multiple times). I reached out to customer service for help with this issue and all they did was reset my password which did not work and I still can’t log in on the app. The second I mentioned needing help with the app the guy on the phone went silent for 5 minutes and then hung up on me, don’t bother reaching out to them for help.

I used to use this app for college, and loved it. But no longer works? You have to get read everywhere and download it which will take up a lot of storage so I’m really upset because books aren’t cheap and now I have to waste storage when I didn’t use to. I like this app better when it actually worked:(
