I HAD to download this app in order to “answer a test” did the test everything went smooth until I finished the test guess what the app wouldn’t let me out of anything it stood there in the college website I could do everything but go out of the app or the college website tried resetting it but the APP FROZED my buttons NON OF THEM worked and NO the iPad I have is updated to the lastest version and is not “old” 2023 version so not old , I WENT to this app developers website which didn’t do anything but tell me to follow the steps that apple suggests in their app so basically copy paste instructions on how to reset your iPad THATS IS A BIG PROBLEM , now because of this I had to CALL apple where they couldn’t do anything because the iPad wouldn’t connect remotely to other devices NOT EVEN MY MAC BOOK in order to FORCE a shut down , sfter a couple of hours trying to FIX THIS , they told me I HAD to go to an Apple Store or a technician that could fix it , so guess who had to drive an 1 hour away from home at 7 in the morning AND PAY to get the IPad fixed yeah , ME , so please save yourself some time money and tell your professor that you ARE NOT USING this app.

For anybody saying that all the bad reviews are fake and memes by students who don’t want to follow academic integrity, you are quite frankly mistaken. As an assignment for my Ap biology class, I was asked to complete the assignment using the lockdown browser. It was working completely fine within the first 40 out of the 60 questions I had to complete. I was suddenly kicked off the practice exam, and experienced the inability to access any function or application to my device. I did not only incomplete my exam on time, but also break my device. The only way I could gain access to anything on my device again was to hold down on the power and home button. This was so frustrating, seeing that I was only 13 questions left to completing and I had other assignments due the next that I had complete. This was also feeding into my frustration that I am completing this late at night. This app is complete trash. It is also believed that the lockdown browser uses the devices webcam to see if a student is cheating. A) that is so creepy, B) the app doesn’t even ask to user is he/she+ wants to allow the app to use the cam or mic, which is a complete invasion of the persons privacy. Knowing that I have to use this for my AP exam in the next few weeks, I am not very confident in my ability to pass my two exams, and likely lose my chances of gaining a college credit. I definitely would put partial on blame this application if I fail my exams. If I could, I would rate less that 0 stars.

At first this app seemed quite harmless. Think about it, what could possibly go wrong by using an app that restricts what you do on your iPad. I get it, its for security reasons and to make sure we don’t cheat. This all changed when I was taking a test using it. After the first couple of minutes I started to notice a tingling sensation in my toes. That quickly spread throughout my entire body. In no time, I was twitching constantly and my eyeballs started to bulge out. I felt the sudden urge to do something irrational. BAM! I smack my head on my desk multiple times, not knowing exactly why. Expecting to get some kind of reaction from my classmates I start to look around the classroom. One would think I would have received more than several angry or confused glances as I was creating quite the clamor. However, as soon as I began to look around the room, I heard a loud thud from the back of the room. Then another. Then another. And suddenly the entire class was shaking and banging their heads on their desks. At this moment I realized that I started to smell something that had the odor of pee. I thought this had to be an effect of the LockDown Browser system but in fact it was just Symere Woods relieving himself in the corner of the room. It was at this moment that I started to feel lightheaded and dizzy. I started to sway and rock back and forth in my chair. I don’t remember much about what happened at this point but I was transported into a different world. I was sitting with Lil Uzi Vert and he told me that I was in the future and he would release Eternal Atake.
