This app is user friendly with a clean UI. It’s easy to see what chargers are available.

When we enter password for account in IOS, the next time it should retain the password when you save it. But for this app, it won’t happen. Also, when I do login and start trying to charge - It says validating connection but never comes back or moves to next step most of the times. I will have to do it multiple times

ParkPlug helps apartment residents to charge at cheaper rates. Regarding app experience, one can scan the QR code to initiate the session or by choosing the nearby charger based on charger list or even with a station id. One caveat is, session ends as soon as charge is complete. There is no option to reconnect if you want to increase the charge limit, or schedule charge to finish charging by morning in case of overnight parking etc. This is inconvenient especially when in cold temperatures where charge is significantly reduced by morning after features such as vehicle standby, sentry, preconditioning eat up some range.
