Hickory Point Bank is more than a bank because it’s more like family. I say that because they take very good care of me and my accounts. There’s never a worry of if my account is safe and secured. If I need any financial advice, they have not once hesitated to help me with very kind attitudes. They have never been rude to me or I have never felt uncomfortable or rushed when inquiring about anything. I would have given them 10⭐️’s but there were only 5! This app on my iPhone 8+ suddenly will not recognize my HPB password. I have taken advantage of technical assistance from well-meaning but puzzled bank employees and have spent several hours attempting numerous fixes. Nothing works. My iPad app works fine. Please fix!

I can transfer money or pay bills on my phone -awesome!
