PaysafeCard - prepaid payments

Not sure if this company is writing fake reviews or deleting bad reviews, but they do have a fake review site listed on their page website that list hundreds of fraudulent reviews from their own customer support system, easily knowledgeable by the spelling based upon my previous experience customer support they cannot spell English very well, and it shows in the fake reviews. I received no information from this company regarding my issue. It’s been past the 24 hour checkpoint however the bus company reached out regarding my ticket and confirmed that the site never sent in my ticket payment . go figure this company is a fraud, and I have personally taken it upon myself to hire legal authorities to investigate and most likely sue this company for fraud based upon my experience and others experience with this company. I suggest reading the real reviews by doing your own research online. The company does have knowledge of my investigation, as well as all the receipts I have sent them regarding their false image of financial transfer. hope they enjoy their $93 for me because I will be receiving a lot more from them when this is over.

Definitely the worst payment processing app. Paysafecard forces you to “upgrade your status” after the first processed payment. It’s up to you to figure out what it means. Then you find out that you need to download the app and follow the instruction. But there is no instruction. There is not even a login process once you install the app. The only two options you are given is to check the ballance (which when you do gives you “you can use all your balance now” information) and find the place that sells cards near you. They don’t have life costumer service and they don’t reply to your emails in timely manner.
