I joined TrustATrader with the clear expectation of receiving genuine customer enquiries through the platform. After going live, I received a small number of contacts, but none converted into actual work. While I understand that results can take time, the service has not delivered value for my business so far. Most of the ongoing guidance focuses on improving profile visibility and uploading reviews from existing customers. However, these customers did not come through TrustATrader. I am paying for customers to reach me via the platform, not for advice on managing reviews. I also tried to cancel very early into the membership, but was informed that cancellation was not possible due to the 12-month contract. This left me feeling locked in before I had a fair chance to assess whether the service was suitable for my business. Overall, my experience has been disappointing. This platform may work for some traders, but based on my experience, it has not met my expectations or provided a reasonable return on investment.

the request was answered within 24 hours despite being a weekend called the next day assessed the situation with my dormer roof and gave me a quote for the restoration of the roof . the scaffolding was ordered and work began in three days the remains of the old roofing removed the new boarding fitted and rubber skin applied. at this point i asked Lee to check the other dormer The report was not good - it was loose, Lee asked if i wanted to proceed with that one. having seen pictures of it i said yes as the scaffold was up, it would save the cost of scaffolding work started on the second dormer the same day and progressed rapidly being stripped, boarded and made watertight that day the next day was snow and windy so no work, the day after had snow but the day after they were back and finished the trim and pointing of the ridge tiles a job well done thank you

I have been with TrustATrader for nearly 2 years £1,200 a year and obviously we all get the sales patter with all web sites promising hopes and dreams and after running a business you need to spend money to make it ( Give things a try 🤣 ) try we did the full works on the website but sadly to no success even tho we where top of the list from other companies with introduction - photos - reviews - verification - public insurance the full wack….reviews off previous customer to get the ball rolling No email - no call to tell you about your performance thro the year just an email saying your renewal is due and to rejoin After 1 year in to be honest maybe 3 jobs gained from it we called before our renewal to see what when did wrong or how to preform better - lack of reviews i was told 🙄 i said pal how can i give you reviews for your web site when i cant get a job off it to post on itI am honest if i join a web site and get jobs from it i post there job reviews on there as to show there web site is working and a bit of appreciation to the company for keeping me busy I was told when you do jobs just give them to us even if its off other websites to build up your rating well 1 negative review later and boom i was taken off the web site to say your customer is unhappy If you do 1000 jobs you cant have 1 negative review - unhappy costumer - obviously a Karen 🤣So if you want to spend money and have a laugh your better to thro the £1,200 off a tall building and look down below for one the people below will love you and the other would be a good post to put on your other website pages 🤣🤣🤣 well well I noticed there have bad reviews on there website page time to take it down 🤣🤣🤣🤣
